Mike has many years of working in residential property and his excellent communication skills and "can-do" attitude mean that he is a firm favourite with the many developers who trust him with repeat business. When he isn't waving his magic property wand he can usually be found traveling around Europe.
Managing Director
Phil founded Ferveo in 2008 having spent over a decade in house building and having latterly worked at main board director level. He is the self styled spreadsheet king and spends many a day pouring over potential new stock trying to find the angle to make things work for everyone. Outside of the office Phil is a long suffering fan of Reading football club and enjoys a good book and travelling.
Business Development
Jenna joins the team having worked in both the public and private sector. She has many years’ experience working in a business development role and would class herself a diligent and driven individual. Developing new business relationships throughout the UK and maintaining an existing client base she is securing new transactions and deals to boost revenue for investment clients and stakeholders. When she isn’t working Jenna enjoys travelling and playing as much sport as possible.
